Your Help Please

I publish my Blogosphere News post on an almost weekly basis and although some may see this as an easy post option, a fill in, I do spend a lot of time looking for items that I think may be of interest to try and keep you up-to-date. I do not just look in my feedreader for news in feeds I subscribe to but try to find information from various sources.
