I was going to just mention Readair in my news roundup post but decided that the screencast by Molly McDonald of Demo Girl was much more eye catching.
Readair is a desktop client for Google Reader. I need say no more as I will now leave it to Molly to explain it all.
What an easy and lazy post this was.
It seems I could not resist saying a little more ![]()

Bummer - appears the video is no longer available. I’m hoping to get this thing working on my Ubuntu box but have been unsuccessful so far. I’m hopeful that either my Windows or Mac machines have better luck.
Great find Sue - nice one

The video is working OK for me. There is talk of the linux/Ubuntu problem here http://code.google.com/p/readair/issues/detail?id=2
It may be worth following the thread in case a solution is found.

Sometimes making it short and sweet is very efficient.
Wishing you a wonderful end to your week!

What a cool app! I’ve been hearing about Adobe AIR, but I haven’t taken the time to check it out. I’ll have to get on that, especially if they have some really useful tools like this.
Hmmm, you know what would be nice? Something similar for managing multiple gmail accounts from your desktop.
