One Note Examples of Use

Microsoft One Note Thumb

As promised, I am following up on my last post, ” Productivity With One Note“; this time to give you examples of how I use the program. I am a blogger, web designer, and internet marketer. This is in addition to my roles as mother/carer and committee member of a national disability charity. I need to be well organized so that I can easily swap from role to role. Productivity with One Note

One Note Thumb

Microsoft One Note is my primary method of recording all details of my online business programs, blog notes, web design and development activities, personal notes and reminders. My records are always available to me from any computer, anywhere. If you need to be organized I highly recommend that you consider using this program. It has improved my efficiency, productivity and time management and is a vital tool for me. Built into many of the MS Office packages, One Note does not get the attention it deserves. Its features are far more extensive and powerful than Evernote and other note taking tools. [...] Continue Reading…

Tools for posting to Twitter and Facebook

I am all for making life easier by making  tedious tasks  as least time consuming as possible. I find tedium hard to cope with. I have always thought ironing outmoded and, despite liking cotton and natural fibres, now buy clothes that do not need the iron. Hopefully my carbon footprint remains steady; cost of manufacture of synthetic fibres versus electricity for the iron. I class posting numerous links to Twitter and Facebook a tedious task: copy title, copy link or open another site and minimize the link, paste link, comment, post, repeat. Here is how I make this easier: Make [...] Continue Reading…

Social Bookmarking v Social Bookmarking Rating

Advantages of Using Online Bookmarking Bookmarking services such as delicious came along very early before the surge of services of the social media revolution. They could now even be considered the start of it, although at the beginning bookmarking was probably considered more of an online service than a sharing activity. The popularity of social bookmarking rating sites such as Digg and Stumbleupon and Reddit left ordinary bookmarking in the shadow. However interesting, popular and up to date the content on the rating sites may be, they are not as useful for reference or research purposes as the bookmarking sites. [...] Continue Reading…
