- Adobe PhotoShop has released a free online version Adobe PhotoShop Express. It is only available to the US as yet, which peeves me, so all I can tell you is that it is a cut down and simpler to use version of Photoshop. As you are given your own URL I presume you can share your creations with others. Perhaps one of the privileged could let us know if it is any good although Profy thinks so Photoshop Express - An Excellent Web-based Photo Editor

Babyamore (Trish)’s last blog post..What’s to eat …
Some great new Sue, hadn’t seen those theme sites. Can never have to many theme sites
Leigh’s last blog post..Pay it forward weiners
Liking those themes. As Leigh said - can never have too many themes.
jen’s last blog post..Reflecting on the Adelaide Fringe
Agreed Leigh and Jen. I like looking at theme and web showcase sites even if I do not have a need to use them. Good for ideas.
Excellent post!
I had also previously noticed the free online version of Photoshop and tried it out a week or so ago myself. I do have to say that it took a very long time to load everything and I didn’t have much patience for that, but it’s free after all and does work very nicely - definitely better than paying hundreds for a copy of the full Photoshop! But, since I do own Paint Shop Pro XI (which I really recommend), that’s what I’ll continue using for editing photos. Has anyone else tried the online Photoshop? I’d like to hear other opinions about it as well. I’m wondering if its extreme slowness only occurred for me.
Also, thanks for sharing those great links. The article from Skelliewag was one of my favorites. I also hadn’t known about Social Scan, so thanks for telling us about that as well!
I’m definitely subscribing to your blog, you’ve got some great content and information here. Keep it up!

Thanks Tay, your comments are appreciated as is your subscription. I use PhotoShop but despite having quite a powerful computer it is heavyweight. It will be interesting to see what can be done with the online version although slow loading pages do bug me.
