I think that as blogging grows–which is inevitable as the internet grows–that we will see blogging awards become widespread and much more attention paid to the blogosphere.
I’m very impressed that you managed to snag an award. I always say that the award cabinet of bloggers is something that they should show off!

Quality blogs should be brought forward! Same as there are indisputably authority forums (majorgeeks aor bleeping computers in tech-sphere, for example, or webmaster world and digital point in IM and SEO) there do appear and grow really shining blogs. Unlike awards in offline where most of us cannot vote, in blogosphere there’s the freedom to decide what is best.
