Thanks for stopping by my blog, and your nice compliment about the design. I wish I could take credit, however I didn’t create the design. I downloaded it from one of the free design sites, but I can’t remember which one. Since I manage several blogs, I find the blogger bar at the top to be useful.

I think the fact that blogger costs nothing keeps it on top. I can blog freely and not worry about bandwidth and other server factors.

I don’t know but I find blogger’s blog quite annoying to browse especially if the owner has stuffed it up with so many widgets. WordPress blogs don’t have this problem, blogger gets heavier a bit.

However, Blogger’s blogs are good but if you’re into monetizing etc, you should have a self-hosted blog to avoid any deletion of your blog if you don’t meet the requirements of Google for some reasons.

Now you can host your own domain for free on Blogger so it’s a very special addition to their service.
